To : Allen Vernon & all UNHCR personnel concerned
The UN Refugee Agency, Malaysia

Dear, Representative, Officers, Officers in Charge, Coordinators and all UNHCR personnel concerned at the respective Departments in UNHCR, Malaysia,

Kindly would I like to beg for my request to you all that UNHCR have to make clear information to all the Refugees who are presently holding UNHCR Reg-Cards and UNHCR Reg-Documents about whether the Refugee have to take photos and finger prints at Putrajaya Immigration Center, Kuala lumpur, Malaysia or not.

As a result that yesterday setting off UNHCR & Malaysia Finger-Prints program to all the Burmese ethnical Refugees in Malaysia make them all in trouble in Malaysia, UNHCR surely should give announcement in no time.

Because yesterday, at there, Malaysia Police’ Immigration and Relar Police beat some refugees including children, their mothers, old refugees, a lot of boys and girls at the mob crowd due to mismanagement of Malaysia UNHCR and when they've got their papers from Immigration, mostly their papers say "PULANG KE NEGARA ASAL" meaning "Returning Home" or "Leaving" or "Coming back native country."

If that so, what is UNHCR playing roles in Refugees to protect and care turns up-side-down to the wicked tool of Immigration Center, Malaysia? Does UNHCR itself put all Burmese ethnical Refugees in Malaysia into Malaysia Jail? Are these Refugees exiled by both evil spirits and plots of UNHCR and Malaysia Immigration?

What is the role of UNHCR in the international human right affairs and Refugees affairs? Do UNHCR and UNOs also smear themselves at the stage of world peace?

Thus, just in case I submit some real Immigration Issued-paper to a refugee with 6-P WORK PERMIT Form to match with each other to all UNHCR personnel concerned.

Besides UNHCR Malaysia instruct all Community-based Refugees to take finger prints at and UNHCR does not release other personal-case UNHCR card-holders how to do it exactly, UNHCR give forces to drive away all Refugees in Malaysia (?).

UNHCR Malaysia is obliged to take every responsibility of the situation demanded on Burmese ethnical Refugees Issue in Malaysia.
If so, are we all put into jail or exile? Come to think of it! How UNHCR grant the sense of International Care and Protection to all Burmese ethnical Refugees and Asylum-seekers in Malaysia?

All the Refugees including me are looking forward to hearing good news from UNHCR Malaysia personnel concerned.

Thanks
Kind regards

yours sincerely
