UNHCR-Malaysia staff misconduct & intimidation!

UNHCR-Malaysia က ၀န္ထမ္းေတြဟာ ဒုကၡသည္လာေလွ်ာက္ၾကတဲ့သူေတြကို ႐ိုင္း႐ိုင္းျပျပ ေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံေလ့ရွိၾကပါတယ္။ ယခု video file က ဓာတ္ပံု႐ိုက္ေနတဲ့လူဟာ အဲလိုေမာက္မာစြာဆက္ဆံလိုက္တဲ့ UNHCR-Malaysia က ၀န္ထမ္းနဲ႕ လံုျခံဳေရးေတြပါ။ ကမၻာ့ဒုကၡသည္နဲ႕ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးဆိုင္ရာ အဖြဲ႕ၾကီးရဲ႕ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးခ်ိဳးေဖာက္မႈကို ေလးစားစြာ မွတ္တမ္းတင္အပ္ပါတယ္။
Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to report for UNHCR-Malaysia staff misconduct &
intimidation. On Oct 19, 2010, I have had an appointment to meet a
refugee seeker outside of the UNHCR-Malaysia compound. While I was
waiting to meet a refugee seeker, I was almost forced to move out from
outside of the UNHCR-Malaysia compound without explanation. When I
stand on my ground, UNHCR-Malaysia registration officer wanted to take
away my UN registration card or my registration paper to nullify from
refugee status!
He also threatened to beat me with UN security guards in front of
other refugees. When I was about to be leaving, another UNHCR-Malaysia
staff came and took some pictures on me without explanation. Please

I feel really intimidated by some of those UNHCR-Malaysia staffs who
actions were purely discredited UNHCR's noble works for helpless
people who want to have protection shelter from UNHCR.

I am strong agree with this assult as it is usually happening in UNHCR premise and no one dare to stand against intl body.
Occassionally, its staffs also used police forces to disperse and to threat refugees.
